We thoroughly enjoy natural local fish such as muscular sea bream and slender sprat, Seriola purpurascens produced in Kagoshima Kinko Bay.

We steam steamed dough which we used foie gras for luxuriously with moisture, and foie gras ball place steaming which we hung bean jam which sharkfin fully entered more luxuriously if melty is met by a mouthful by a feeling of mouth fortune.

In boiled lobster cut in round slice which was able to file taste with Ise lobster clogged up with the body of Ibusuki Port unloading tightly….
